How to Make Concrete Blocks?

Manufacturing of the concrete blocks is a complete production process. For the completion of the process, a stacking machine, a mixer, a transmission system, and an automatic block machine is required.

The mixer is an exclusive machine to blend the materials, and the uniform materials are the basis of the high-strength bricks or blocks. The transmission system transmits the materials to each component of the machine for processing, and it saves time and labor. The automatic block machine is the most essential part of the production line, and it can make the blocks by hydraulic pressure. As the name indicates, the stacking machine is to stack the molded blocks layer-by-layer.

Concrete Steps

The raw materials of the blocks are the aggregate and cement. Before turning on the automatic block machine, the machinists should prepare the materials well, including the additive and water.

After the standard test-run, keep the materials into the batching machine, and the machine will pass a specific amount of materials to the mixer, and the quantity of the materials are decided by the preset value. The mixer amalgamates the materials compulsorily. When the materials are leveled, it will be cleared and transferred to the storage hopper of the automatic block making machine.

In the distributor, the transmission system feeds the materials, then the distributor moves forward and backward to press them into the mold box. When the mold box is full of the materials, the distributor will stop behind the box. The press head will then move downward, and the vibration and pressing force will ensure the density of the blocks. Several seconds later, the bricks will be formed and placed on the pallet.

Then the bricks and pallets are moved to the drying zone for air drying. After seven days, the bricks can leave the manufacturing house and be employed. This is all possible because of the efficiency of the machine provided by the automatic block machine supplier.
